Free shipping

Free delivery on all NZ orders over $95. If your order sits below that, a flat rate of $15 applies anywhere in New Zealand.

Subscription orders receive free shipping on every delivery, regardless of order value.

 


 

Dispatch and delivery

We are making fresh batches on a 3 day cycle so your order is always fresh and ready to dispatch within 24 hours of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is handed to the courier.

Standard delivery times once dispatched:

North Island: 1 to 2 working days. South Island: 3 to 4 working days. Rural addresses: Allow a day or two extra on top of the above.

 


 

Returns and refunds

We make our biltong fresh without artificial preservatives. That means we stand behind every pack that leaves the bench.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first. We will sort it out.

Unopened products: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Opened products: We accept returns where there is a genuine quality issue. If the product does not meet the standard we have described, we want to know about it. We ask for your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo where possible. We cannot accept returns on opened products based on flavour preference alone.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos and your order number. We will cover the return shipping cost and replace or refund the affected items.

What is not covered: Requests made more than 30 days after confirmed delivery. Products stored incorrectly or in conditions outside our control. Flavour preference on opened packs where the product matches its description.

Once a return or refund is approved, allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to clear back through your original payment method.

 


 

Order cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled depending on the time the order was placed by contacting us directly. Once an order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to cancel it, but our returns policy applies. We can’t guarantee this option because it depends on the timing of your order and our team processing the order. 

For subscription orders, delivery frequency, flavour selection, and billing can all be managed through your account portal at any time. Depending on the subscription pack there may be a lock-in period. Check the terms and conditions of the subscription you are considering purchasing before buying. If you are unsure then please contact us.
